When your order and payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 48 hours and deliver (Monday to Friday except public holiday). You shall expected received your goods within 2 to 5 working days.
Before send out the parcel, we will make sure all the items in good conditions. We will accept return & exchange within 7 days from the day of the order delivered if the item was damaged or incorrect. In the event you receive an item with incorrect/defect, please send us an email or whatsapp immediately.
Any worn,soiled,altered,washed or customer-damage items cannot be return and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.
Cancellation of your order and changes to your order cannot be made once payment is processed.
If any refund, it would be done by store credit, strictly no cash refunded.
